CERTIFIED DE-ESCALATION TRAINING
Adult Nightclubs are under intense scrutiny from a host of groups to do better. As social media advances, and public perception intensifies, so does the need for club operators to improve training and guest interaction.
ACE National, in collaboration with Pure Risk Advisors and Go Best Solutions, hosts certified "de-escalation training” throughout the country. The training is free for adult club workers and executives who are ACE National members.
Participants gain knowledge, to apply and address the needs of those in mental health crisis, or those who's perception may be altered. De-Escalation training is designed to improve coping and communication skills, establish contact, build rapport, and/or gain influence, in order to maintain safe security objectives and work environments. Each attendee receives a certificate.
